We fund all transactions internally by utilizing various warehouse lines. Also, we are able to handle all types of equipment w ith rare exceptions (no titled vehicles, and no agricultural equipment). We will handle the entire credit process including running personal credit reports, Dun and Bradstreet reports, checking the banks and trades, and all documentation.

Credit Philosophy

Here at Chesterfield Financial, we understand that individuals and companies sometimes get into financial difficulties and suffer deficiencies on their credit. We pride ourselves on getting the story behind each individual transaction - this allows us to approve a higher percentage of your lease applications. This is not to say we are a lender of last resort, or we will finance dead beats - no one should. However, we can arrange financing for a wide array of lessees and we price accordingly. Therefore , we have no set rate sheets to be used as guidelines; we price according to the credit. We can be as aggressive as you need us to be for an A credit, but industry standards dictate that riskier transactions require higher returns. Simply put, on the average, we consider ourselves a B to B+ lender.
